I'm trying to do some development with Tesseract in c#.

I've used the package manager to (try to) install 'Tesseract' V 5.2.0.

However, all that gets installed is the 2 dlls in each of the x64 and x86 directory. No Patagames bits.

Equally, It can't find the patagames namespaces so the tesseract methods aren't recognised.

I'm using VC2022 V17.10 on a windows 11 box. I've tried with WPF and console and .net 8 and framework 4.8 all of which have the same result.

I'm sure I'm doing something stupid, but I have no idea what.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

the latest version is 4.6.411. It seems you have installed a third party package.

I apologise. I seem to have been confused between the Charles Weld Tesseract and the patagames one. It appears I found the sample code for patagames and applied it to a Charles Weld nuget package. Silly of me. However, at least now I know why!
