When trying to create a Bitmap with the FPDFBITMAP_Create method, the returned IntPtr is 0x0000000000000000.
This only happens when using a very large Image, in my case 39925 × 20816.
When using a smaller Size, this does not happen, although i cannot change the size of the bitmap in this instance.
