In addition of this I have found below message in window event log :
Somewhere over internet I have found this issue(Exception code: 0xc0000417) is related to .net framework , actually I guess client share point farm is deployed on .net framework 3.5.
So is there is minimum requirement for tesseract or patagames in term of .net framework.
