Is it possible to open an existing PDF that has, say, one page already and draw the contents of a separate PDF with one page onto it at a certain location?

You can render page content to an image and insert that image to another PDF.

What if we want to keep the PDF objects from the second and insert them into the first? Is there a way to clone page objects from one page to another, even if they are from separate PDF's? Some scaling would be involved too I suppose.

Try to use Clone() method on each page object
