If I highlight text in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (used Version 2017.009.20044 for screenshot) with the textmarker tool and load this pdf in the PDFium viewer,
the highlighted text is not visible, because it is rendered behind the highlighted bar. This text can be selected and searched for, though, but cannot be seen.

This problem is illustrated in the following pictures.
The second comes from our document viewer using PDFium

(Patagames.Pdf.Net.Controls.Wpf.PdfViewer)
(Patagames.Pdf.Wpf 3.5.6, Patagames.Pdf 3.7.5.2704).

Is this a known behaviour and are their any chances for a quick fix?

Our customers are frequently using this Adobe feature and upload
the highlighted documents in our document management system and
understandably want them to be visualized correctly.

This is a bag inside a Pdfium engine.
We will try to fix it in a future release.

Thank you for the very fast fix. We will take a look at the new version ;)
